Retirement plans are complex, and the federal and state laws /regulations on which they are based vary for each type plan and are subject to change. This course focuses on three of the most common retirement plan options: SEP IRA, SIMPLE IRA and 401(k). It also reviews some of the recent changes in areas where Plan Sponsors are expected to carry out their responsibilities.
